Meeting Structure & Rules
- Chapters are moderated by an assigned local President that acts as
the local representative. The chapter presidentıs responsibilities include taking minutes of each meeting, assisting with meeting coordination and moderation.
- Chapter meetings are steered by consensus vote of the local members.

- Chapter meetings are restricted to CREDIT UNION EMPLOYEES ONLY.
- Vendors or non-credit union employees may attend by invitation only.
Vendors must apply for attendance with CUISPA or the local chapter president.
- Meetings are typically hosted at the facilities of a member of the
chapter. Often meetings are held at different institutions in the given region to allow members to experience other environments. We encourage all that have available facilities to volunteer to host.
- ALL MEETING ATTENDEES BY ATTENDANCE AGREE TO PROTECT THE
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY OF ALL OTHER ATTENDEES. BY ATTENDING A CUISPA CHAPTER MEETING YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE CUISPA CODE OF ETHICS AND PRIVACY POLICIES.
